Extended in-person appointment with Dr. Clancey, lab review of initial expanded panel, a detailed visit note with supplement and lifestyle recommendations, an appointment with our health coach and educational resources in several focused areas.

This appointment is designed as a one-time assessment for optimal wellness.

Lab review – Advanced Biomarker Testing: in-depth diagnostic panel including inflammatory markers, metabolic markers, nutrient status, expanded thyroid assessment, advanced lipid panel and hormones when indicated.
Visit summary with supplementation, work-up and management recommendations based on your unique presentation.
Health Coach appointment (60 minutes, in-person or virtual)
Various payment options including HSA/FSA; super-bill provided to submit for possible insurance reimbursement

Membership Plans

For those patients looking to take a deeper dive into the root cause of symptoms, disease or lab finding, we offer a membership service. This plan is for those who have completed the Foundational Assessment. We work through focused advanced tests and protocols to uncover the root of dysfunction. The membership model is designed to provide the support and communication needed to achieve lasting and profound healing. Depending on your presentation, we will recommend either a 12 month plan and 6 month plan.
